#43Americans brings together individual federal case accounts, family perspectives, and available source documents to call for careful review and, where appropriate, clemency. The site invites readers to examine the record rather than rely on headlines alone.

Case accounts include advocacy positions and disputed allegations. Consult the linked sources, distinguish allegations from judicial findings, and independently verify facts before publication. The case list includes people with different outcomes, including people who have already received relief.
